Headache:

Drink a mixture of ginger juice and lemon juice in equal proportion. You can also apply a paste of ginger powder and water to your forehead for a few minutes for quick relief.
Apply a thick paste of cinnamon powder and water on your forehead and lie down for half an hour with your eyes closed. Then wash it off with lukewarm water.
Simmer three-four basil leaves in a cup of boiling water for a few minutes. Add little honey and sip it.
Mix half a cup of water and half a cup of apple cider vinegar. Boil the mixture. Remove from heat. Hold a towel over your head and inhale the steam.
Crush a few cloves and put them in a clean cotton cloth. Inhale the smell until you feel some relief.

Throat pain:

Add honey and apple cider vinegar one teaspoon each in a glass of warm water and drink it.
Add one inch-long crushed piece of ginger in water and boil it for two-three minutes. Then prepare tea as you normally would. Add honey instead of sugar if you want it sweet. Sip it hot.
Add one teaspoon of salt and a pinch of turmeric to a glass of warm water. Gargle with this mixture. The mixture should not be too hot.
Boil a few tulsi/basil leaves in water. Remove from heat. Sip it hot and chew the leaves.
Grind one teaspoon each of fennel seeds, black peppercorn, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and dry ginger. Mix them all and simmer the powder in two cups of boiling water for five minutes. Strain and drink hot.

Stomach ache:

  • Add one teaspoon of lemon juice to a glass of warm water and drink.
  • Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of lukewarm water and drink.
  • Boil a few peppermint leaves in a cup of water. Sip it hot.
  • Ginger root tea or a glass of ginger ale is good to be taken to get relief from stomach aches.
  • Boil rice with double the quantity of water. Let them soak in water for three-four minutes more after getting cooked and then turn off the heat. Strain and drink this water lukewarm and get quick relief.

Backache:

Mix two camphor tablets in two tablespoons of coconut oil and boil for five minutes. Cool it and massage your back for a few minutes and sleep.
Massage your back with lukewarm mustard oil for a few minutes. Then take a hot water shower.
Boil a pinch of turmeric with a glass of milk. Add a few drops of honey and drink hot.
Take a bath with lukewarm water adding a few drops of eucalyptus oil in it.
Boil two cloves of crushed garlic in a cup of coconut oil. Let it cool. Massage the affected area with this lukewarm oil after straining it.

Apply an ice pack.

Add two cups of Epsom salt to a bath. Soak the painful muscle area for at least 15 minutes.
Moderate caffeine consumption accompanied with good sleep also relieves muscle pain.
Drink coconut water or watermelon juice to replace any lost electrolytes and soothe muscle pain. Be aware, they may be high in sugar.
Eat foods rich in relaxation minerals, including magnesium, calcium, and potassium such as nuts, seeds, leafy greens, avocados, tomatoes, unsweetened yogurt, and many more.
